This was the last film to feature the old, longest-running H-B sound effects which were recorded and produced by Hanna-Barbera productions. Meanwhile, Cartoon Network Studios took over the newly recorded and foley effects which features the famous traditional H-B and regular sound effects library and Warner Bros. Animation continued to take over to re-record the original Hanna-Barbera sound and foley effects library (including the classic MGM sound and foley effects library) after Hanna-Barbera studios closed down in 2001. However, some shows produced by Cartoon Network Studios such as Le tenebrose avventure di Billy & Mandy (2001) and Gli Amici Immaginari di casa Foster (2004) does have old, traditional H-B and regular sound effects, and Warner Bros. Animation, however, also uses the classic, regular H-B sound effects from Le nuove avventure di Scooby-Doo (2002), but it needs to be more realistic, more "cartoony" sound effects which was a trademark by Warner Bros. (of Looney Tunes fame).
