If you are watching on a disc copy and have the feature 'La Magra', go to it as chapter 30 of the film starts with a guard alerting Frost there is an intruder. Shortly into the feature, there is a deleted scene from precisely that point in the film explaining what the vampires will do if Frost succeeds in his plan of world domination of vampires. It also indicates Frost's motivations, and the point being made was later explained in a scene in Blade: Trinity (2004).
