During the orphanage scene, Claire finds a video of two little kids pulling the wings of a dragonfly one by one, and then feeding the wingless dragonfly to ants. This is a reference to Resident Evil CODE: Veronica, in which you collect dragon fly wings to activate the Antarctic Base self destruct. In the game, one of the wings is found in the anthill room.
