Ken Stott plays the voice of Truffelhunter the badger. Stott would later play Balin in Peter Jackson's Hobbit films, based on the book by J.R.R. Tolkien. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis (author of The Chronicles of Narnia series) were close friends, and provided feedback on each other's work.
