The fight between Sammo Kam-Bo Hung and Biao Yuen proved perilous to film. Hung kicked Yuen so hard in the chest that the latter was unable to draw breath, and required assistance from Kar Lok Chin to start breathing again. Chin - who doubled Yuen in key scenes - was injured when Hung flipped him over his head and he landed on the back of his neck.
