All four of the films involve something nasty happening to Stifler at some point in the movie; In the first film, he ends up drinking a semen laced cup of beer. In the second film, he ends up getting urinated on when he thinks a girl is pouring champagne on him. In the third film, he ends up eating a piece of dog poop in order to keep Michelle's mom from eating it herself. And in this film, he ends up with a girl's pubic hairs on his face after being forced to go down on her.
