Writer-director Paul Cox said: "My goal in the end is to give form and shape to thoughts and illusions, dreams and visions. Some may think I'm quite vague, but I have a very straight line in my head about where I'm going. Once I am on this train it is a one-way journey. I know that I am going in one direction and it's not a return journey."
