This film was first telecast in Washington DC on Sunday 27 June 1948 on WNBW (Channel 4), inaugurating their newly acquired series of three dozen Hal Roach feature film productions, originally theatrically released between 1931 and 1943, and now being syndicated for television broadcast by Regal Television Pictures. Its next earliest documented telecasts took place in New York City 15 August 1948 on WPIX (Channel 11), in Atlanta Tuesday 30 November 1948 on WSB (Channel 8), in Los Angeles Tuesday 10 May 1949 on KTLA (Channel 5), and in Cincinnati Sunday 28 August 1949 on WCPO (Channel 7).
