Caroline Williams cameos in the film as Dr. Maple, one of the surgeons mending Laurie's injuries in the operating room. She played Stretch in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986). Rob Zombie is a fan of the franchise, and asked her to appear in this film.
