The main plot has several similarities with Codice Mercury (1998): both movies are involving with computers and high-tech, a defense's secret program, a kid with special mental capacities, a professional assassin who several times tries to kill the protagonist, a government's agent who tries to save the kid and a corrupt government's agent who tries to keep the program.
