In the first scene where Bruce is suited up as Batman (where he brands Cesar the Human Trafficker) one of the GCPD officers responding to the scene is named Rucka, presumably after Greg Rucka, one of the more famous Batman writers of Modern Era DC Comics (Post Crisis on Infinite Earths but before Flashpoint and the New 52 era) and is best known for writing the No Man's Land saga.
