One of the episodes has Danny traveling through the town of Mayberry, and introduces Andy Griffith as Sheriff Andy Taylor: Make Room for Daddy: Danny Meets Andy Griffith (1960). It was then spun-off into the series The Andy Griffith Show (1960)
