Alex Rocco appears briefly as mob boss Jimmy Capp, and he's introduced getting a massage which is what he was doing in Il padrino (1972) when he was gunned down. Barry Sonnenfeld thought it would be a fun homage, and "he even brought his Moe Green sunglasses." He adds "we had a little fun with it, but I don't think anyone noticed."
