In one arc which last a few episodes, a purple goo-like clone of Vegeta is created by beings stealing the energy of the real Vegeta. If the clone Vegeta's voice sound's familiar, it's because the voice actor is Brian Drummond, who voiced Vegeta in the old Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball Z (long before the FUNimation dub and Chris Sabat taking over the character).
