At some point near the end of the movie, Kurt Hendricks says "May there be peace on earth". "Peace On Earth" is the sentence scrabbled on paper as a crossword by the insane General Jack Ripper in Il dottor Stranamore - Ovvero: come ho imparato a non preoccuparmi e ad amare la bomba (1964) who decides to bomb the Soviet Union in advance. The piece of paper is found out by Colonel Mandrake, the second character interpreted by the great Peter Sellers.
