The series starts five years after Il ritorno dello Jedi (1983), and six years before the birth of Rey, played by Daisy Ridley in the last Star Wars trilogy, (Star Wars - Il risveglio della Forza (2015), Star Wars - Gli ultimi Jedi (2017) and Star Wars - L'ascesa di Skywalker (2019)).
