Apparently none of Samantha's and Darrin's parents were at their wedding. They were introduced a few weeks later in season one. Endora was introduced to Darrin in episode four, "Mother, Meet What's His Name," Maurice was in episode ten, "Just One Happy Family," and Darrin's parents were in episode fourteen, "Samantha Meets the Folks."
