When Miggs throws his sperm towards Clarice Starling, Hannibal Lecter witnesses this "discourtesy" as he calls it, and yells from his cell "Agent Starling!" This is the only scene in The Silence of the Lambs (1991) and Hannibal (2001) where Lecter is seen to get excited and raise his voice.
