Terrance Stamp had originally portrayed General Zod in "Superman 2" (1980), and MIchael Shannon (Frankie) revived the character of General Zod in "Man Of Steel" (2013), alongside Russell Crowe, whose acting career debuted alongside Bill Hunter in "Spyforce" (1972)
