A scene from the original script that was written but not shown featured Billy and Stu talking on the street before they go to the video store. In the scene in question, Billy asks Stu how it went regarding inviting Sidney to the party, to which Stu replied that it was a piece of cake and that she would be there. Billy then praised Stu for doing a good job, after which Stu asked him if he would try to make up with Sidney which Billy confirms. Stu then criticizes Billy for being too tough on him, to which Billy tells him that he's trying to build up Stu's self-esteem and that he's too sensitive. Billy then asks Stu if he's ready to party, to which Stu replies in the affirmative.
