"Hillman" is a thinly veiled disguise for Howard University, a highly regarded HCBU in America. A Hillman Medical Center is part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, not too far away from Cosby's Alma Mater, Temple University in Philadelphia. That's likely where he got the name "Hillman" from.
