It was reported that Eric Stonestreet was booked for a guest spot as a serial killer who shares scenes with Sarah Paulson's Lana Winters in season two, but the scenes were cut or left unaired for unknown reasons. A similar thing happened to Max Adler's role as Mr. Capshaw.
