Cain's house in season nine, episode eleven, "First Born", in which Dean and Crowley go to find the first blade, which ends up being Cain's house, is the same house that was used in the season three opener, "The Magnificent Seven", at the beginning, when Sam and Dean are "outside Lincoln, Nebraska", where Bobby has just sent them to investigate.
