One of the main reasons for the cancellation of the series, it was that in mid-2004 on Disney Channel the decision was made to focus on the production of new series, so the team of animators and writers of Dave The Barbarian was necessary for the creation of new productions so the series had to be finished. Among the projects to which the series team moved are Brandy & Mr. whiskers.
