It is never explained where Noble's werewolf form originates from. Some fans think that it comes from Silverbolt, who originally transformed into an eagle-wolf hybrid, but in this show, his beast mode is changed to a vulture. According to one idea, Silverbolt would have lost the wolf part of his beast mode, with only the bird half remaining. This wolf mode would have gotten transferred to Megatron, resulting in the creation of the werewolf Noble. However this idea never comes up in the show.
