In season three, episode fourteen, "Witches of the Mist", near the beginning of the episode when the bodies of the two slain Jedi are being delivered, the group of Clone Troopers that are bringing the caskets were the Clone Commandos from the original Xbox game Star Wars: Republic Commando (2005).
