Norrie Paramor and his Orchestra released the theme from McMillan & Wife on Contour Records in 1974. Unusually, the label co-credited the theme to five persons, namely composer Jerry Fielding, composer-arrangers Luchi De Jesus and Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson, executive producer Paul Mason and Mystery Movie theme composer Henry Mancini. ASCAP also attribute the music to all five names.
