The film's sole song, "Set Me Free" was performed by Velvet Revolver, which had Scott Weiland, Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, and Dave Kushner. Weiland would go on to provide vocals either as a frontman for Velvet Revolver or solo for songs of two other Marvel Movies, I Fantastici 4 (2005) and The Avengers (2012), respectively. For the I Fantastici 4 (2005) soundtrack, Velvet Revolver performed, "Come On, Come In". For The Avengers (2012) soundtrack, as a solo performance, Weiland performed, "Breathe".
