In the beginning of the film, during the crown heist, Flynn looks around and says he wants a castle of his own. At the end of the film, as Flynn narrates that he and Rapunzel became a couple, eventually married, and Rapunzel became the reigning monarch with him as her consort, he indeed has a castle (though it could be easily argued that it was not technically his own castle).
