For the 2019 season, It Takes Two was moved over to BBC 1, and extended to 45 minutes, in the long used "Pointless" slot betwen 5.15 and 6pm, monday to friday. The long-running quiz show "Pointless" was pushed back to the 4.30pm-5.15pm slot. Other programming now runs in tbe 6-7pm slot on BBC 2, that "It Takes Two" occupied during previous seasons of Strictly.
