The events of this movie end in 1973 and 2023, respectively. That means that in X-Men: Apocalisse (2016) (which takes place circa 1983), Wolverine should have no recollection of his involvement in preventing Mystique from assassinating Boliver Trask, nor any knowledge of the future, since the consciousness of that Wolverine was returned to 2023.
