At one point in the film, two characters (Michelangelo and Hayley) are seen walking along the famous 100 Fountains of Villa d'Este, which is one long row of spigots emerging from lush greenery. Although the film is supposedly set in Rome, the Villa d'Este is actually located in Tivoli, approximately 34 km outside of Rome, and was built by Emperor Hadrian as his country retreat from Rome.
