This is not the first pro wrestling related project for John Tui (Afa), Fasitua Amosa (Sika) and Uli Latukefu (college-aged Dwayne). All three had appeared prior in the NZ/Polynesian wrestling movie, The Legend of Baron To'a (2020), while John Tui also starred in Paper Champions (2020).
