All major character deaths in chronological order: Heimdall - stabbed by Thanos. Loki - choked to death by Thanos. Gamora - thrown to her death by Thanos in exchange for the Soul Stone. The Vision - killed by Wanda (Scarlet Witch) when she destroyed the Mind Stone. The Vision (again) - killed by Thanos when he ripped the Mind Stone out of his forehead after he reversed time with the Time Stone.
