According to former BBC Graphic Designer Bernard Lodge in a November 2013 interview for "Radio Times", he spent about a week directing the sequence where Rick Deckard uses a machine to get into and analyze a photograph, for which he does not receive a credit. Lodge knew Sir Ridley Scott, as they had both studied at the Royal College of Art and worked at the BBC.
