After the pirates reveal their betrayal to Zarina, James comments on how gullible fairies are, claiming they're "no match for an Eton education such as [his]." This is a reference to the original Peter Pan novel and play (as well as Jas. Hook at Eton, a speech given by author J.M. Barrie at the school,) where Captain Hook is stated to have attended Eton College, a prestigious boy's school in England, which Tom Hiddleston, who voices him in this movie, attended himself. This is the only mention of Hook's schooling in the Disney canon.
