The picture was filmed in a variety of locations around the Los Angeles neighborhood, with about half being lensed at Laird Studios. Locations included a race track south of the city, a downtown junkyard, and shots in Westwood, Santa Monica, Venice and Brentwood. The home of Tony Pazzo was filmed at a mansion overlooking Beverly Hills.
