There are a few scenes that were not featured in this movie, but were storyboarded as deleted scenes on the DVD releases. Some of these scenes include: Dr. Cockroach, Ph.D., The Missing Link, B.O.B., and General W.R. Monger plotting to fight off Gallaxhar's clones to reach a Robot Probe to fly it back to Gallaxhar's ship and rescue Susan. Another scene is in the Situation Room where President Hathaway and his advisors call General W.R. Monger and convince him to return the monsters to the base due to the trail of destruction left in San Francisco.
