Jerry Seinfeld auditioned for the role of Proctor. Lance Kinsey and Jerry both shared the same manager, and were surprised to see each other in the waiting room at the audition. According to Lance, he laughed so hard, when Jerry came back out of the audition room, leaned over to Lance and said, "it's still available."
