Karl Johnson, who played one of the doctors called in to examine Iosif Stalin after his death, played a similar role in The Illusionist - L'illusionista (2006). In that movie, he also played a doctor called in to examine the body of a "deceased" public figure, Sophie, Duchess von Teschen.
