Angela favored primary colors: she was often seen wearing classy black and white, bright red as well as royal blue. These were her "power colors" mainly for work, where she also would wear classic beige and gray. At home, she was often seen in pale pink (reserving fuchsia for the office) and other self-effacing neutral colors. Mona favored brights, particularly all shades of purple including mauve and the blue-green family including emerald, jade, turquoise and teal. She was also often seen in raspberry. Although they were both seen in other colors, these were the Bower ladies' primary palette, to which they returned, time and again.
