When the Ghostbusters are getting ready to fight the ghosts in New York, one of the billboard ads shows a large Twinkie with the slogan, "That's a big Twinkie." This is a direct quote of the famous line in the original Ghostbusters (Acchiappafantasmi) (1984) by Ernie Hudson.
