Danny Huston appears in season 2. Both Huston and Brian Cox have played the same character at different ages in the X-Men films. Cox portrayed Col. William Stryker in X-2: X-Men United and Huston played Stryker in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, set roughly twenty years earlier.
