Marilyn Fox (Caroline Langrishe) is an antagonist. In Casualty: Thicker Than Water (2008) she schemed to get rid of Harry Harper and succeeded by firing him for exposing the truth behind Ruth Winters' suicide attempt. In Casualty: The Things We Do For... (2008) she schemed to get rid of Maggie Coldwell by framing her for a patient's death and forcing Zoe Hanna and Simon Tanner to lie at her trial. But Marilyn's scheme failed when Zoe told the truth and Maggie was cleared.
