There exist two different German dubbings. The first was created for its initial broadcast on ZDF and consisted of the first two seasons (both seasons had a different intro, the first season intro was spoken, the second season intro was sung). Nowadays, this dubbing is virtually unknown. The second dubbing was created when Tele 5 started to broadcast the show. Instead of using the original ZDF dub, they started from scratch. The intro for season 1-6 was spoken in German (with the outro sung in English). The intro for seasons 7-9 was instrumental.
