Zoom, the main antagonist for season 2, is heavily based on Jay Garrick's arch nemesis The Rival. Zoom is depicted as a grayish/black speedster and has blue lightning. He is from Earth 2 and plans to to wipe out all speedsters across the DC Multiverse to become the fastest man in all universes.
