Two-Face's goons addressing him as "Face" is likely a nod to Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns (1986). In "Eye of the Beholder" (Batman Annual #14, 1990), Two-Face refers to himself in the first person plural. He also does this throughout the movie.
