Character actor Nicky Katt has been in two Batman movies. In this film, he plays the motorcycle racer (his face is painted and his voice is dubbed over) who wants to race Alicia Silverstone. He is also in Il cavaliere oscuro (2008) as the SWAT officer who rides shotgun in the armored car chase.
