The scene where Dorghu orders his son Mikey to execute Jakoby, Mikey can't bring himself to do so, because he is the young orc that Jakoby let get away in the beginning of the film; almost mirroring the bathroom scene in David Ayer's Training Day (2001) where Ethan Hawke's character is spared for helping out a young girl earlier on.
