The filming of the movie's first version entitled "Silent Clash" was interrupted by the outbreak of World War II. After the end of the war, actress Ketty Diridaoua substituted Toula Spetsaki. Likewise, Dimitris Giannoukakis' new script replaced the original scenario of Dimitris Hronopoulos.
